It features our unique continuously adjustable gullet width, meaning you can dynamically change the fit from narrow to extra-wide using a simple Allen wrench as your horse changes shape or muscling throughout the season.

This saddle is a brilliant problem-solver for horses that are notoriously difficult to fit in traditional, rigid western tack.

• The Short-Backed: The skirt length on the Canyon is an incredibly compact 23.5 inches. If you have a short-backed Quarter Horse, Morgan, Haflinger, cob, or Arabian, this short skirt is an absolute non-negotiable feature to protect their 18th rib and lumbar area from painful pressure and bridging

This saddle is geared heavily toward trail and general riding. It gives you the security and aesthetics of a traditional Western saddle, but the flexible tree lets you actually feel your horse's back.

Traditional wood-tree ranch saddles can weigh a ton and be exhausting to tack up. The Canyon is relatively lightweight for a Western saddle, weighing in at approximately 29.5 lbs. It is much easier to swing up onto a horse, saving your own back and shoulders before the ride even begins.
