At SaddleColony, we are dedicated to ensuring that you and your horse are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day trial period for all of our saddles. After receiving your saddle, simply take 7 days to try it out and make sure it fits properly. If inclement weather prevents you from testing the saddle fully, please contact us and we're happy to extend the trial period to 14 days.

SaddleColony.com offers free standard U.S shipping on every saddle purchase. For all the in stock horse saddle and accessories, it will be processed within 2 business days, and can be delivered within a week or so. Changes can't be made once we process your order and ship. Please sit tight and wait. It will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll help work it out.
Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With SaddleColony.com you will not only save on shipping costs, but you are also guaranteed to receive the products in their best conditions.
For shipping, we require up to 4 weeks for delivery orders before they can be considered to be missing. After 8 weeks, you can request a refund or a resend.

Stock and Availability
Most saddles listed in the store are usually in stock. In the event that the horse saddle you select is not in stock, we do offer a customization service to design a saddle the way you like! Or if you prefer, we can send your a notification once in-stock.
We have built close relationships with many of the manufacturers and distributors in the industry to ensure the best availability of the products. If an item is not currently in stock at SaddleColony, it is very unlikely it is available elsewhere. In this case, the fastest way to get the item is by letting us process your order via back-order so that it can be delivered as soon as it's available again.
For all the in stock horse saddle and accessories, it will be processed within 2 business days, and can be delivered within a week or so.
