LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE

At SaddleColony, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your saddle from us. We work hard to offer fair, competitive pricing on our saddles, and we are happy to help if you find the same saddle advertised for less by another authorized dealer.

 

Our Price Match Promise

If you find the same saddle listed online at a lower advertised price before you purchase from us, please contact us and we will do our best to match the price.

If you find the same saddle advertised at a lower price within 6 months after your purchase, you may request a price difference refund. This also applies if the price is lowered on our own website at saddlecolony.com.

To request a price match or price difference refund, please email us at info@saddlecolony.com with the product link and price information.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee:

  1. The saddle must be the exact same model, size, color, tree, and configuration.
  2. The saddle must be new and in stock at the lower advertised price.
  3. The lower price must be from an authorized dealer of that saddle brand.
  4. The lower price must be publicly available and verifiable online.
  5. The price comparison must be based on the final product price before taxes, shipping, or additional fees.

 

Exclusions

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  1. Used, demo, open-box, returned, discontinued, clearance, or damaged items.
  2. Online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or similar third-party platforms.
  3. Private sales, auction sites, classified listings, or unauthorized retailers.
  4. Pricing errors or temporary website mistakes.
  5. Special promotions, coupons, financing offers, gift cards, rewards, or additional discounts.
  6. Custom orders or specially configured items.

Please note that additional promotions or discounts cannot be combined with a price match or price difference refund.

 

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Your order number, if you have already purchased.
  2. A link to the lower advertised price.
  3. A screenshot showing the price, product details, and availability.

Once received, we will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies under our Lowest Price Guarantee.
